Our Sports Medicine Centre not only propagates physical activity but also helps to estimate your ability to train different sports disciplines. Our specialists take care of professional athletes, amateurs and the chronically ill who wish to start their training. The Laboratory uses the high class equipment, ZAN600 Reynolds Medical (which is the only device in Podkarpackie voivodeship).

Cardiopulmonary exercise testing is a non-invasive and objective method of evaluating both cardiac and pulmonary function. It allows a very accurate assessment of the ability for the dynamic exertion. The examination takes place on a running track. The angle of depression gradually goes up which simulates for example climbing the stairs. During the test your arterial blood pressure and exercise electrocardiography is constantly measured.
