Company History

ASKLEPIOS B.P. Ltd was founded on 1 September 1998 and registered on 21 October 1998 in Regional Economic Court, registration number: RHB1905. On 17 April 2002 the company was registered in the Regional Court in Rzeszów, XII Economic Department in the National Court Register, Number 000107541.

On 17 December 19998 the partnership established and registered Asklepios B.P. with its premises at Rejtana Street 51. The medical building consisted of an operating theater, recovery rooms, hospital rooms, consulting rooms, a radiology unit (composed of a CAT scan unit, a conventional radiology unit, an ultrasound unit, an ultrasound lithotripsy unit) and a pharmacy.

In September 2002, we opened a subsidiary in Wyspiańskiego Street 14 in Sędziszów Małopolski, which initiated inpatient medical treatment in the sędziszowsko – ropczycki county. The hospital in Sędziszów Małopolski consists of an operating theater, recovery rooms, hospital rooms, treatment rooms and an ultrasound laboratory.

In 2003 the existing radiology unit was expanded into magnetic resonance laboratory and equipped with 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging machine. In 2008 we launched a new CAT Scanner (16-slice CT technology). In December 2003 a new medical complex in Podwisłocze Street 22A was opened. There you can find: specialized doctor’s offices, treatment rooms, ultrasound laboratories, an endoscopy laboratory, a laboratory, a pharmacy, and since 2008 – a sports medicine laboratory and an exercise test laboratory. Between 1999 and 2009 we carried out 20 031 surgical interventions in different medical areas.

So far we have been granted ISO 9001 Certificate and honored in many contests, such as Nationwide Hospital Ranking in 2002 and in 2004, also in Safe Hospital Competition 2005, Fair Play Company 2002, Polish Success Competition 2002, Business Gazelle 2005, Quality International Forum 2007 and others.
We are the only Non-public Health Centers in Podkarpackie voivodship that was granted with ISO 9001 Certificate.

Non-public Health Centres provide specialized medical services for patients insured in the National Health Fund as well as for individual clients.
